DECLARATION OF CONSENT BY ALL PARTIES TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN

This declaration of consent in relation to NRNA NCC USA election (“NCC election”) agreed upon by the parties, i.e. members, voters, nonvoters, nominees, candidates, supporters, representatives, and all to whom it may concerns (hereinafter “parties”) affirms that by clicking the link, “I consent”, “the parties” agree to abide by the following terms and entering into a binding agreement between the parties and NRNA NCC USA.

The parties declare that the information they have provided in the online form of NRNA NCC USA of any kind including candidacy and voting, and in any submitted and or attached documents are true and complete to the best of their knowledge and belief. Eligible voting members or candidates (hereinafter EVMCS) for NRNA NCC-USA election 2021 certify that they are members with good standing pursuant to bylaws and adopted policies of NRNA NCC-USA. The EVMCS hereby declare and consent in writing (by clicking or e-signing this form or agreeing to file candidate electronically or agreeing to vote electronically by email or online pursuant to laws, policies, and bylaws of NRN NCC-USA).

The PARTIES hereby acknowledge that they have read NRNA NCC-USA bylaws, policies, and laws that govern this NRNA NCC-USA election. They acknowledge and declare that they are familiar with NRNA NCC-USA bylaws, policies, including the State or Federal laws that may apply to vote, nomination, candidacy and concerning activities in terms of the NRN NCC-USA election.  The PARTIES accept that they agree to abide by applicable laws in State and Federal level, NRNA NCC-USA bylaws, adopted policies and regulations as set forth by the NRN NCC-USA.

The EVMCS acknowledge that personal fabrication or omission of any information in any online forms, documents, candidates’ e-filing applications or e-voting online system by the EVMCS may result in immediate or impending actions pursuant to the laws, NRNA NCC-USA bylaws, policies, and guidelines. The candidates ("CANDIDATES") for the NRNA NCC-USA election 2021 acknowledge, consent, and authorize the election commission and its member to verify the candidates’ eligibility and their information included on their forms and filed documents for NRNA-NCC-USA election.

The PARTIES hereby release, discharge, and hold harmless individually and collectively NRNA NCC-USA and its board members, election commission of NRN NCC-USA(2021), election commission members (2021), membership verification committee (2021), agents, successors, assigns, including all other voting or nonvoting members, agents, organizations, professionals, volunteers, or representatives of  NRN NCC-USA, of any and all claims or liability that may arise, directly or indirectly, now or in the future by reason of or in connection with election process or election decision, action, omission relating to the NRN NCC-USA election commission’s administration of the NCC election.

The PARTIES further consent and acknowledge that if the CANDIDATES are elected through the election process, CANDIDATES will take the oath of NRNA NCC-USA and abide by the applicable laws, rules, and policies. By the same, if the CANDIDATES are not elected, the PARTIES will abide by the same rules and procedures. The PARTIES agree that they will not claim anything against the election commission and any of its members for any results, claims or liability that may arise out of the election process.

The PARTIES further understand that the role of the election commission is exclusively limited to the election in a manner consistent with bylaws and adopted policies of NRNA NCC-USA, and the election commission and its members in no way will be responsible for EVMCS performance in the NRNA NCC-USA election process. Therefore, the PARTIES acknowledge and hereby consent that election commission and its members will not be liable for any results caused to the CANDIDATES or the relating PARTIES due to the NRNA NCC-USA election.

PERSONAL ACKNOWLEDGEMENT: I have read, understand and agree to abide by this declaration of consent and its terms and condition as stated above. 

I swear, agree and affirm under penalty of perjury that the foregoing statements declaration of consent by the PARTIES are true to the best of my knowledge and belief.
